Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time Estimated delivery to the United States is 8–15 business days after processing. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for it to update in the carrier system.

Shipping Rates Standard Shipping: $4.99 Free Shipping: On all orders over $60.

Important Notes We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a complete physical address at checkout. AlignWear is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.
