Refund policy
We want you to love your AlignWear brace. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with packaging intact. To initiate a return, email us at support@getalignwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
A 10% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Defective or Incorrect Items If you receive a defective item or the wrong product, we will send a replacement at no cost to you. The 10% restocking fee and return shipping costs do not apply in these cases. Please email support@getalignwear.com with a photo of the issue within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method, less the 10% restocking fee where applicable.
Sizing Issues We recommend reviewing our size chart carefully before ordering. If you ordered the wrong size, we will exchange it for the correct size within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping on size exchanges. The 10% restocking fee is waived for size exchanges of equal value.
Non-Returnable Items Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
